What does Loomnari sell?
Loomnari sells curtains, drapes, sheer curtains, semi-sheer curtains, room darkening curtains, blackout curtains, kitchen curtains, cafe curtains, window valances, blinds, shades, and other window treatment essentials.
Where does Loomnari ship?
Loomnari currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Loomnari does not currently offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or carrier delays.
How long does shipping take?
For U.S. orders, standard shipping usually takes 5–8 business days after processing.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes, if applicable.
Will I receive tracking information?

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product size, warehouse location, carrier handling, or availability.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
What if my package is delayed?
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, incorrect address information, or local delivery conditions.

What if my package says delivered, but I cannot find it?
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check your porch, mailbox, garage, parcel locker, front desk, or with household members and neighbors.
If you still cannot find it, contact the carrier for delivery confirmation. You may also contact us and we will do our best to help with the carrier claim process.
Loomnari is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen.
Can I return my order?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, uninstalled, in original condition, and in original packaging when possible.
