30-Day Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Uninstalled
- In original condition
- In original packaging when possible
- Free from stains, odors, damage, pet hair, or signs of use
Items that have been used, washed, installed, altered, damaged, or handled in a way that affects resale condition may not be eligible for return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

- The damaged or defective area
- The packaging
- The shipping label if available
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

- Used curtains, drapes, blinds, shades, or valances
- Washed or installed window treatments
- Items damaged by customer handling, installation, or misuse
- Items with stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of use
- Items missing original parts, hardware, panels, or packaging
- Clearance or final sale items, if marked as final sale
- Items returned without approval
Important Measurement Note
Before ordering curtains, blinds, shades, or valances, please review all product details carefully.
For curtains and drapes, check whether the listed size is per panel or total set width.
For blinds and shades, confirm the correct window measurements, mount type, width, height, and installation requirements before purchase.
Loomnari is not responsible for returns caused by incorrect customer measurements, wrong size selection, or incorrect mount choice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
